## The company [#the-company]

Munito AI France operates Munito AI and publishes its websites. It is a French SAS, registered with the RCS Paris under number 131 309 247. The [legal notice](https://legal.munito.ai/notice) gives its registered office.

## What Munito AI sells [#what-munito-ai-sells]

Munito AI sells inference on open models, in three forms:

- **Serverless inference.** Send requests to the shared models with an API key. Pay the posted price of each token or each page with prepaid credits. See [Models and pricing](https://docs.munito.ai/models#prices).

Munito AI serves the APIs below. Keep your OpenAI or Anthropic SDK, and change the base URL, the key and the model ID.

## Regions and data privacy [#regions-and-data-privacy]

- The EU host runs each request in the EU, and the US host runs each request in the US. The global host can use either region. See [Regions](https://docs.munito.ai/regions).
- Each response names its region in the `munito-region` header: `EUROPE`, `US` or `GLOBAL`.
- Munito AI keeps no prompts or outputs by default, and it does not train models on your data. See [Data privacy](https://docs.munito.ai/data-privacy).
- The GDPR Data Processing Agreement (DPA) forms part of the Terms of Service. See [GDPR and EU data residency](https://docs.munito.ai/gdpr-data-residency).
