Draft a support answer with source references, validate its citations, and return unanswered questions to a support agent.
Give a Munito AI chat model the support question and a small set of approved passages. The model returns an answer with source identifiers or requests a handoff. A support agent reviews the draft before delivery.

uv run --with openai --with pydantic support_draft.pyThe expected draft directs the reader to request a new link through Forgot password. The source check rejects invented identifiers. It does not prove that a source supports every claim. The output includes the source text for the support agent to check.
Use your knowledge base
For a larger knowledge base, retrieve relevant passages before this request. Use the RAG recipe for keyword search or Semantic search for local embeddings. Filter the passages by the current user's access rights before retrieval.
Keep tools that change accounts outside this draft step. The draft does not need permission to refund a charge or change an email address. Measure unsupported answers and unnecessary handoffs on a labeled set of questions.
Region and cost
The request uses the EU host with store=False.
Your knowledge base, ticket system, and saved drafts have separate storage policies.
Each draft bills the question, source passages, and output tokens.
